By purchasing a Conference Studio Monthly Membership at our Insight Studio Elkhart, IN location, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- You will clean workspace surfaces (tables and chairs) with the cleaning supplies provided in the cleaning station at the time of arrival and departure. All trash will be placed in trash bags and left at the back door.
- You and your guests will wear a mask as locally mandated when away from seating and as moving throughout the facility. Our posted COVID-19 guidelines will be followed by you and your guests.
- The Conference Studio Pass is valid for use from 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
- The monthly pass is valid for designated guests only.
- The monthly pass is valid for Conference Studio space only. The kitchen is a common space for all members unless additional fee is approved and paid for dedicated, private use.
- Use of the Conference Space is for access by reservation only with our online scheduler. Not reserving time may lead to losing the conference space per the fallback method of space priority being determined on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- You must be present within 15 minutes of your scheduled time or your time at your designated space will be forfeited.
- You will assure the safety and security of all guests and coworkers at all times.
- You will pay for any property damage or stolen items at the fault of you or your guests.
