By purchasing a Open Studio Annual Membership at our Insight Studio Elkhart, IN location, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
- You will clean your workspace surfaces (desks and chairs) with the cleaning supplies provided in the cleaning station at the time of arrival and departure.
- You and your guests will wear a mask as locally mandated when away from your desk and moving throughout the facility. Our posted COVID-19 guidelines will be followed by you and your guests.
- The membership is valid for use from 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
- The day pass is valid for one (1) person only.
- The monthly membership is valid for Open Studio Desks by reservation only with our online scheduler. Not reserving time may lead to losing your desired space per the fallback method of space priority being determined on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- You must be present within 15 minutes of your scheduled time or your time at your designated space will be forfeited.
- The membership is valid for designated common areas: Kitchen, Library and Entry/Waiting Room unless they are otherwise approved and reserved for meetings and events on our online scheduler.
- Guest privileges for your membership are not included.
- You will assure the safety and security of all guests and coworkers at all times.
- You will pay for any property damage or stolen items at the fault of you or your guests.
